Wow, you even took photos! You are the best there at Popes.

I sent you a thank you letter last year to praise your work - this after I went to the warehouse to pick up the boats, saw the crate you made and then unwrapped the boats, was impressed with how well padded they were. You are really on the ball.

NATIONAL MAIL SORTING MACHINE:

Ken,
I am the engineer generally drawn on by National Mail to assist them with any technical issues with their machine, and it was my great pleasure to see your team do their duty on the machine on Wednesday 1 August 2001.

Your team on this task displayed the highest standards of competence, efficiency and good humor, as they got stuck into this task, and were able to effortlessly deal with the many unexpected problems that arose. For example, one module had an extra 6" extension, but the crate had been made big enough anyway. There were far more computers and other bits that needed to go in the miscellaneous crate, but the team made them fit. There were nearly 100 assorted parts that needed to be wrapped up in bubble wrap, but they all got done and tucked away somewhere, and there was me rushing around asking silly questions about Dry bags, but the guys kept their cool.

I am not your customer, National Mail is, but I hope that they will be as pleased with the results of the packing job as I was with watching a professional team get it done.

I am not a packaging person, so if there was some sort of technical error made I probably wouldn't know, but the presentation made by your team was very good indeed.

Dear Ken,
Thought you might like a pat on the back! You packaged a carved coffee table & 4 small segments to be sent to Brisbane by Jupiter Freight.
It arrived 2 or 3 days later. When my son went to customs to collect it, the customs people remarked on how well it was packaged - and better than most others. That was a great compliment, I think, because how many such things do they see?
Didn't have time to type this. We are doing alterations here,so rather busy.
